The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was very nice. The spa and pool area was well maintained and clean. The pool area had a special section just for kids with shallow water. There was also a water fountain of sorts you could play under and there was a water slide at the other end of the pool. The breakfast was very nice. There were hot choices each day including scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. There were also waffle makers, bagels and biscuits, and cold cereals. Coffee is available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The breakfast area was very neat. The complimentary morning newspaper was a nice touch. There is a guest laundry and a small store with snacks and necessities adjacent to the registration desk.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, the staff was mostly accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and the spa, and the location of the hotel was close to all the places we had to go to, including the airport. The manager and two of the ladies at the desk were nice, especially the lady that checked us out. One of the housekeepers on our floor was very nice and wanted to make sure we had what we needed for the room. The hallways were spotless and quiet, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I could definitely stay here again.

So clean and the staff were so helpful. I originally had to switch rooms after the first night due to my error in booking the nights. But they actually figured a way I could stay in my room. Which was great because check out is 1 and check in is 3. I didn't know what I was going to do with my puppy for two hours. Also, the showers have regular size bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash and lotion. That was so helpful!

We were so happy that we booked the apartment. Having the extra room was great. We liked the kitchen area with the stove top and the large size refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a great size, and the shower was strong. We liked the hand pump shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. We also had a lovely view of the sunset. We enjoyed the variety of items at breakfast.
